Welcome

Eastwood Community Centre operates from a City of Burnside owned facility located at 95 Glen Osmond Road, Eastwood, on the eastern border of the City of Unley. Users of the Centre come from both within the City of Unley and the City of Burnside.

The Centre is a warm and friendly place where anyone can drop in to have a chat and cuppa, seek information, become involved in activities, volunteer, share skills, and meet new friends. We are open Monday to Friday 9am - 3.30pm.

Eastwood provides a variety of different activities for all ages and backgrounds. Courses are conducted in a range of learning programs that include Language, Fitness, Computer Studies, Art & Craft, Dance and Music, and specialist classes for people with special needs. Various groups meet regularly at the Centre, and it is a popular venue for playgroups, due to the adjacentgarden and specialised playground equipment, including the new Sensory Garden. Other sub-groups serve the needs of the frail elderly, seniors, the Eastwood Choir, and those seeking outdoor leisure activities. In addition to organisations such as the Humanists, anonymous support groups meet at the Centre on a weekly basis.
